about me

HI, I'm Em

I'm Emily, head trainer at BFT Wallan and qualified osteopath. Currently, I bounce between managing teams and driving performance at my BFT studio to helping clients improve their health and well-being through personalised care. I'm actively building my future career, blending fitness and osteopathy to help people move better and feel stronger. And if there's one thing you absolutely need to know about me, it's that...

... I would go MAD if i could not train :)

MY STORY

Who Am I

- Head Trainer of BFT Wallan
- Osteopath
- Athlete

What I'm Working On

1) 🤲 I'm new grad osteopath, who has just completed my studies while managing a fitness studio. I help clients move better and feel stronger through personalised care and training
2) 💪 I'm currently training to compete for the HYROX's PRO category, a global endurance competition that tests both strength and stamina with 8km of running and functional workouts in between. It's pushing me to new limits, and I'm loving every moment of the challenge!
3) ⭐️ Together, with the co-owners of BFT Wallan, we have successfully grown our studio by creating a strong, engaged community and delivering effective personalised training experiences. Being focused on member connection and balanced (and challenging) programs, we are creating a space where people thrive and reach their fitness goals.

Why I've chosen to become an Osteo

SIMPLE: I would go crazy without being able to train.Every day, I see firsthand how crucial movement and training are for people's well-being. It breaks my heart to see members injure themselves in the studio, preventing them from pursuing their passions.More than once, I had members come to me in tears after being sidelined from upcoming events due to an injury. You can talk about building fitness all day, but if you can't prevent and manage injuries, your impact is going to be limited.I want to do more than just refer them on to professionals; I want to help prevent injuries, support recovery and empower members to get back to doing what they love.
